2025 Update from Dublin

April 9, 2025

An invitation to University College Dublin has led to a month's residency in Ireland and a collaborative composition project with UCD Irish scholar Eoin Mc Evoy. Collaborations with UK writer and visual artist Zsuzsanna Ardó.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with Zsuzsanna on two different projects in which I set her texts to music. The first was completed this spring and is a composition for soprano, cello and drum entitled "Named." I will post a link to the video here soon. Currently I am working on a second project, setting two other poems for mixed-voice choir SATB, to be performed in Oxford and London (UK) this coming November by the wonderful chamber choir vOx, directed by David Crown.
